No logr\u00f3 la subida m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida por tan solo 15 minutos, sin embargo arrebat\u00f3 otro r\u00e9cord que ostentaban los propios sherpas, 2 ascensos al Everest sin ox\u00edgeno en 6 d\u00edas, 1 d\u00eda menos que el anterior r\u00e9cord. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Estrategia de Aclimataci\u00f3n <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gregoire Milet, el investigador franc\u00e9s experto en el \u00e1rea de hipoxia y rendimiento, public\u00f3 en la revista International Journal of Sports Pysiology and Perfomance (Millet &amp; Jornet, 2019) el plan de entrenamiento y aclimataci\u00f3n realizado por Jornet. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.biolaster.com\/blogs\/hipoxia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2019\/08\/kilian_hipoxia.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-692\"\/><figcaption>Imagen extra\u00edda del perfil de Instagram de Kilian Jornet<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Duraci\u00f3n:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">  3 meses (25 febrero inicio-20 mayo 8.848m Everest). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color\"><strong>Fase 1:<\/strong> Viviendo a nivel de mar, duerme 2-3 d\u00edas\/semana en hipoxia normob\u00e1rica (NH) a 4.000m-5.000m del 25 de febrero. Entrenamiento habitual en normoxia.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#505152\" class=\"has-text-color has-background has-very-light-gray-color\"><strong>Fase 2:<\/strong>  Duerme y entrena en NH (4.000-6.000m) del 25 de marzo al 17 de abril. Incluye entrenamientos de alta intensidad en hipoxia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color\"><strong>Fase 3:<\/strong> Traslado a los Alpes a vivir y entrenar en altitud real-hipoxia hipob\u00e1rica (HH) del 17 al 24 de abril. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#505152\" class=\"has-text-color has-background has-very-light-gray-color\"><strong>Fase 4:<\/strong> Traslado al Himalaya (Cho Oyu 5.100m) y aclimataci\u00f3n in situ hasta fin de expedici\u00f3n logrando los 2 records, del 27 de abril al 27 de mayo.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Datos Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Horas acumuladas de Sue\u00f1o entre 4.000 y 5.000m, 260h. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Horas Entrenamiento: 4.000-6.000m&gt; 90h. +6.000m&gt; 30h.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Entrenamiento <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay que destacar que Kilian Jornet no solo realiz\u00f3 entrenamiento en hipoxia a baja intensidad (140ppm) sino que tambi\u00e9n realiz\u00f3 sesiones de alta intensidad a nivel de 2do umbral ventilatorio alcanzando velocidades de 15 km\/h y pendientes del 15% en altitudes de 6.000m, incrementando la saturaci\u00f3n O2 del 70% al 85% en un mes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Fuente: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Millet, G.
